This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may be refunded for orders placed through Haynah.

1. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Receiving the wrong item.
  • Receiving a damaged or unusable product.
  • Missing items in the order.
  • Order cancellation by Haynah.

2. Refund Request Timeframe

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Haynah may request photos or additional information to verify the claim.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fresh or perishable food products.
  • Opened or used items.
  • Customized or specially prepared products.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • In some cases refunds may be issued as platform credit.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed shortly after submission.
  • Approved refunds may take 3–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
